About Us
Our Legacy
The Original Third Eye has been a cherished part of Didsbury Village from 2000 years. Founded on the culinary legacy of Chef Arun Kumar’s father, Chef Sudagar Mal, whose journey began in 1953 at Moti Mahal in New Delhi—the birthplace of iconic dishes like Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Dal Makhani. Chef Sudagar’s creations were enjoyed by world leaders, including JFK, Richard Nixon, Nikita Khrushchev, and Indira Gandhi. Today, his son continues this legacy, crafting each dish with authenticity, passion, and care
