The story begins in the 1950s with Late Chef Sudagar Mal, whose journey started at the legendary Moti Mahal in New Delhi—the birthplace of iconic dishes like Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, and Dal Makhani. His culinary mastery was enjoyed by world leaders such as JFK, Richard Nixon, Nikita Khrushchev, and Indira Gandhi.
Today, his son, Chef Arun Kumar, proudly carries forward this legacy—preparing each dish with authenticity, passion, and care, right here at The Original Third Eye.
